The Fleet Auto/Body Technician II performs operations, technical and administrative duties for the Fleet Services Section. The Fleet Auto/Body Technician II is a member who possesses all the requisite knowledge; skills and abilities incumbent upon the position of an entry level Fleet Auto/Body Technician I.
The most important and essential job function of the position is attitude which includes the following: interacting positively and cooperating with co-workers, responding politely to customers, working as a team member, functioning under intense time pressure and responding in a positive manner to supervision.
The Fleet Auto/Body Technician II may perform other related duties and tasks, as required and shall have the physical, mental and emotional abilities to perform the essential job duties of the position.

• Must attain sixteen (16) Continuing Education Units (CEUs) on an annual basis thru online courses or classroom approved by the Fleet Administrator
• Two (2) years’ Non-Probationary as Fleet Auto/Body Technician I or ten (10) years documented experience in the discipline approved with the required ASE Certifications for the position by the Fleet Administrator
